• PlaceGetters is dedicated to keeping our subscriber phone and financial details private. Any information we collect in relation to members is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with any 3rd parties. We use this information to provide our selections to you and contact you when needed for administrative purposes.
• PlaceGetters uses some cookies in accordance with standard Internet user security protocols. Whenever you visit our website, or any other website, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your internet browser. PlaceGetters does not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site, however our payment gateway (Stripe) does record your IP address to protect your credit/debit card details along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.

As a condition of use, you declare that you will not use the placegetters.com website for any purpose that is unlawful. RESPONSIBILITY WAGERING

• PlaceGetters maintains and projects a strong commitment to provide all clients with responsible wagering advice, methods and practices. For non-professionals, gambling should be enjoyed as a recreational activity. It could nonetheless also cause a problem for a minority of clients in certain circumstances. PlaceGetters aims to prevent access to our products and services if we believe any member to be displaying behaviour, sending correspondence or making verbal comments that could be viewed to:
  • Be indicative of being compulsive.
  • Give us reason to suspect that the person could have a gambling problem.
  • Betting to excessive or unsustainable levels.
  • Engaging in practices that could be viewed as being irresponsible gambling.

• No pro-rata refunds will be made.
• In all cases the member will be advised by email (as supplied to us at the time of joining) that his/ her membership has been cancelled under the terms and conditions of PlaceGetters responsible wagering policy.
• PlaceGetters will treat all cases of irresponsible or problem gambling with the strictest of confidence. In addition, we will review all cases on their individual merits, and endeavour to provide the best possible result for any or all members displaying any symptoms of problem gambling.

SECURITY

• PlaceGetters does not collect your financial details.
• When purchasing from the PlaceGetters website your financial details are passed through a secure (we utilise Stripe as our payment gateway) using the latest 256-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. SUBSCRIPTIONS

• Your membership will be automatically charged to your debit / credit card provider on the anniversary of your sign-up date. A membership can be cancelled/stopped at any time by contacting support@placegetters.com, but pro-rata refunds are only granted in certain circumstances. Please choose your packages carefully and contact the office immediately if an error has occurred as PlaceGetters does not provide refunds on any packages.
• Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and do not currently include GST (Goods and Services Tax).
• Subscription prices on subscriptions commenced and maintained continuously will NEVER be increased.
• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the recurring subscription is not inadvertently cancelled, and that funds are always available on renewal date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your subscription, in which case you may need to resubscribe to receive selections. Cancellation of a subscription will be effective immediately with no pro-rata refunds. Upon request, selections will be forwarded for the duration of a paid subscription.
• All paid-up subscribers will be sent the selections by email. The selections may not be shared with any other party, and to do so without prior written permission from PlaceGetters (www.placegetters.com) will void the subscription. No pro-rata refunds will be provided on cancelled subscriptions.

GUARANTEE AND REFUND POLICY

• We do not offer refunds on cancelled subscriptions. We offer, by way of guarantee that if, in any full subscription period of trading, a profit is not made based on the Betfair SP place dividends (price before commissions), we will rebate the next subscription fee. The only requirement is that your subscription to our service is continuous. This applies to all our subscription services: 1-month, 3-month and 6-month. That is, if a profit on flat betting for the place is not shown in a subscription period based on the Betfair SP place dividends (price before commissions), the following period subscription fee will be re-imbursed providing you do not cancel the subscription.
